Prediction Market Community Education

This event is geared towards the content creators of the Zeitgeist Seer Program. There is a lot of confusion around the subject of Prediction Markets and how they differ from traditional markets. Many people see prediction markets as another form of gambling, but they are far more complicated than that. There are several nuances involved in the participation of prediction markets that make them not only more exciting and complex than simply placing a bet, but also incentivize participants to make a correct prediction, rather than "taking a bet". A lot of people are at a loss when it comes to understanding how these nuances work, or where they come from; and that is the inspiration for this event.

If you are new to prediction markets yourself, this will be a great way to learn more and work towards getting ahead of the pack in the Seer Program. If you are experienced in the subject of prediction markets, this is the perfect way to show your talents and help to spread factual information to the program, as well as the greater public.

This Event is not limited to any single form of content, your submission could be video, blog post, slide presentation, or any other method. The only requirement is that you cover the topic of prediction markets with a goal of educating the broader community on the subject.
